DELIVERY TIME AND CHARGES

Time and charges of delivery will show after the checkout page on entering delivery info and selecting the correct delivery location. Selecting incorrect location will delay delivery time. Find your zone in the chart shown at the bottom of this page. Deliveries commence after 4 pm and we will do our best to deliver on the said date. Please call us on 0773370617 for any clarifications.

ONE DAY DELIVERY

Please follow below order for a smooth delivery

1) Place order and await Order Confirmation Mail

2) Complete payment using one of the payment methods after receiving mail

3) Send payment copy by replying to mail

4) Allow ONE HOUR to pack your order. Please don't place order after 4pm.

5) After a lapse of an hour, book your courier for pick up and send driver details (Vehicle and contact number) - Please note sending for pickup earlier than one hour will inconvenience all parties concerned and handing over package might get delayed further.

6) Expect a mail/message from us after handing over package.

Please use PickMe for faster one day delivery. In house One Day Delivery service is available for orders received up to 3 pm on working days. Orders after 3 pm will be executed the next working day. This service is active when its visible in the Delivery Method list. Only valid during working hours/days. For any clarifications please call 0773370617.

CASH ON DELIVERY

COD service is available only when it shows under Delivery Method after clicking on Checkout. COD is available within Colombo and selected suburbs only. When this service is activated, the COD option can be selected from the Delivery Method list. Island wide cash on delivery is available on PAPER BAG SHOP DARAZ store.

All orders place on holidays and weekends will be couriered the next working day. Be cautious when placing orders ahead of weekends or long holidays.

Find your delivery location below and select the same in the Delivery Method after you fill your delivery details on clicking checkout.

If your delivery location is not found in the below list or in the Delivery Method after the checkout page, then you need to select OUTSTATION or NORTHEAST.

Click HERE for location. 3) Place an order on WhatsApp at 0773370617 with the bag image, quantity, name, address, and contact number. 4) Purchase limited products on Daraz. 5) Buy from PickMe by opening the app, clicking on MARKET, and typing PAPER BAG SHOP. 6) Buy from Uber by opening the app, clicking on SHOP, and typing PAPER BAG SHOP. Payment options: 1) At our shop: Pay by cash, card, or debit card. 2) Online: Pay via bank transfer to our account at Commercial Bank Pettah branch (1240018040, Swift Code: CCEYLKLX) and email the transfer copy to sales@paperbags.lk. 3) QR Payment: Scan the QR code at the bottom of our website or take a screenshot and scan it using a QR app. 4) Credit Card Payment Link: Request a payment link by emailing sales@paperbags.lk with your order number and "SEND PAYMENT LINK". Complete the payment through the link and we will process your order the next working day.

We take 21 working days to complete a print order.

Paper Bag Shop will make sure all deliveries to reach you and paper bags to be up to your expectations. In the event the bags you received does not match your order, defective, damaged during transport and not in a usable condition, a full refund or replacement will be made within 7 working days after receiving the returns.

For exchange & return, goods along with the packaging has to be returned in a resalable condition at customer's cost within 1 working day after purchase, for a full refund.

Before you order, please note the actual color shades, appearance as some characteristics of the paper bags may not exactly match with the displayed images here. Please expect a 15mm tolerance on the size. Texture and gauge may vary from your preference.

For any clarification please call or request for images prior to purchasing online or visit shop if variations are not acceptable to avoid any disappointment , especially when purchasing colored bags.
